Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be refundable, the goods must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or healthy goods, dangerous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if any)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refunded money.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.
Late or lost refunds (if any)
If you haven’t got your money back yet, first verify your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. It usually takes some time to process before the refund is posted.

Selling items (if any)
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Al-Awabi, P.O. Box: 21, Oman, Al Batinah, 317, Al-Awabi, Oman.
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit as a gift with your return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift provider has shipped the order to itself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift provider and will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. In the event that a refund is made, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If you are shipping an item over OMR 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
